Rule of the Bone: Novel, a Russell Banks

It's a graphic novel based on the Bone characters and it's seet in a time before the Bone series takes place. I had to make a blog about an English book, which I could chose myself. I found it very easy to compare characters throughout Affliction and A Sweet Hereafter, but Rule of the Bone was a bit different than the two and it might have been easier to choose a different book to compare with those two. There's the dark angel that is so Hurt and Brooding and Tortured by his lost love…until he sees THE GIRL, who is Gorgeous and Innocent and Pure and He MUST HAVE HER even though it is against [Insert type of paranormal creature here] Rules and Mores. Why did we read this book: We are both big fans of Laini Taylor, and, considering the big hullabaloo around Daughter of Smoke and Bone, of COURSE we were gonna review this title.
